Swine (Pig) Veterinary Services
At Quakertown Veterinary Clinic, your pet pig is welcome. We see, care for and treat hundreds of pet pigs every year.
Our doctors and staff are comfortable with the unique skills and techniques necessary to keep your pet pig healthy and to treat him or her when problems arise. We are able to care for your pig’s needs, such as hoof and tusk trimming, vaccinations, dermatological issues, ideal body condition, dental, spaying, castration, and even specialty surgical procedures; as well as to address any questions you may have and provide recommendations for ongoing care.
Our practice has become well recognized in the pet pig community and by our veterinary peers. We are often called by other veterinarians, on a local, national and international level, to consult and share our advice on individual cases and at veterinary conferences. One of our veterinarians has been recognized as the “National Pet Pig Veterinarian of the Year”.
