Keeping Safe During COVID-19

In response to recommendations from the CDC, AVMA, and the Commonwealth of PA, we are modifying our procedures to keep you and our staff safe as we navigate the emerging COVID-19 landscape.

Effective immediately, we are asking clients to wait in their vehicle while we care for their pets.

When you arrive at our hospital, please call reception at 215-536-6245 for Small Animal or 215-536-2726 for Equine and Farm Animals. Our staff will phone you to take your pet’s history and direct you to bring your pet to the entry door.

We will take your pet from you and immediately transport them to the exam room to see your veterinarian. After your pet's examination, your veterinarian will call you to discuss the treatment plan.

When the appointment is complete, our staff will call you to arrange payment and return your pet to you with discharge instructions and any medications needed.

As we adapt to this challenging time, we want to thank you for your understanding and patience. As always, we want to assure you that your pet will receive the highest level of care and attention you have come to rely on.
