OBEDIENCE TRAINING

Attention all dogs! Enroll your owner in training classes.

Your owner will be taught:
How to understand you, how to communicate with you, how smart you (the dog) really are, techniques in Heeling, Sitting, Staying, Lying down, and coming when called, and problem solving techniques for Jumping, Biting, Digging, Chewing and more.

Classes Available:

New K-9 Kindergarten classes are now forming for Saturday, Sep. 26th from 11am-12pm for 6 weeks ($160).  Classes are being taught by Jan Graves.

• Puppy Kindergarten (12 weeks through 16 weeks)
  6 week course held Sat 10-11 a.m., Sun 2 p.m. 
  Class size limited to 10 puppies. 
• Basic Obedience (16 weeks or older)
  6 week course - Call for schedule, many days & times available for your convenience.
  Class size limited to 12 dogs.
• Intermediate Obedience
  Learn advanced healing and begin working off leash.
• Advanced Obedience
  Work your dog off leash.

Instructor: AKC Judge - Victoria Cohen

• Rally- A form of obedience in which the handler learns to communicate with their dog to complete a course. A basic obedience course must be completed first. This course can be taken for fun or competition. (Rally has become an A.K. C.titled event as of January 2005)
• Advance\ Excellence Rally Class
  If you had fun in Rally, try this advanced course.
• Show Handling - Show the basics for showing your own dog in the breed ring.
• Ring Ready Obedience - For owner's wanting to obtain Champion Dog Title.
  
  Classes are held Monday and Tuesday evenings.

You will be notified 1 hr prior to any class called off by the instructor due to bad weather, and the class will be made up at a later date. All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and must have the Bordetella vaccination. If you are not a client of our clinic, proof of vaccination will be required.
